Her roles included part of the girl group, TV host and a glamour-model. As a teenager she was a member of Spice Girls. Virgin Records then signed her. Their first single, "Wannabe," was released shortly after. The song is about female empowerment. The song went on to top charts across the world. Spice was the first album by Spice and it became a huge sensation on a worldwide scale. The album is among the greatest albums, and has sold over 23 million copies around the globe. Jenny Taft has been a anchor on television for Fox Sports 1 since 2002. She moderates "Skip Shannon Undisputed", an interview show on sports. Taft's love for sports began at an early age, having been born into a sporty family. As she played numerous sports throughout high school and in university, Taft decided to pursue a career as reporter. Taft began her career at Fox Sports North after graduating from Boston University with a degree of broadcast journalism. In addition to reporting on sports, she also worked as a social media contributor and call host. The position was swiftly transferred into Fox Sports 1 News and Highlights. Taft was a field reporter of numerous prestigious tournaments while being employed by FS1. Additionally, she was a sideline college football reporter who was later appointed to the role of the college football's lead reporter together with Gus Johnson.
